Long ago, even long before the Hindu lunar calendar (78 AD) came into practice, Jesus spoke about various planets and their positioning, including their impact on the universe in total and ways to negate their malefic intent.
The lunar calendar that Hinduism follows came 78 years after Christ (In the Year of Our Lord) - in India, the calendar for Christ reigned supreme for 78 years before the Saka Era. What is now known as Hindusthan was built by Aryans who travelled from the west and believed in Christianity. If Christ was crucified in Rome and Saka Era came into existence in 78 AD, did the Aryans build Hindusthan only for 78 years? Did the Roman calendar suddenly bring about Saka Era as though Christ was crucified in Rome? I guess the Romans then created the Saka Era. In 55 BC Julius Caesar, a dictator, had invaded Britain and it became Roman Britain. Soon after in 78 AD Emperor Kadphises of the Kushan Empire sent a delegation to Rome for seeking support against the Parthians. Thus the Hindu Saka Era Calendar was established by the Kushana Dynasty, in a way, supported by the Romans. Year 78 (LXXVIII) was a common year starting on Thursday. What is known to be Thursday is just Thor's day where Zeus is the ruling deity. Zeus, the king of gods and likewise the ancestor of all kings, was the god of thunder and ruler of the skies. He was considered to be a rain bringer, lord of justice, bringer of peace and protector of crops. It is believed that he was an ancestor of Jesus who was crucified in Rome during that period. In the resurrection cycle of Christ, there will be no Saka Era. The calendar of the Aryans do not follow any Saka Era. Roman Catholicism is history - the Old Church was reformed. Europe went through a period of Dark Ages and the Renaissance Movement saw the origin of 'New Church'. Puritan was the name given in the 16th century to the more extreme Protestants within the Church of England who thought the English Reformation had not gone far enough in reforming the doctrines and structure of the church; they wanted to purify their national church by eliminating every shred of Catholic influence. The word 'Puritan' stands for good conduct. It showed the way forward in America. Their efforts to transform the nation contributed both to civil war in England and to the founding of colonies in America as working models of the Puritan way of life. And it was clear that Great Britain would not seek unnecessary pleasure or luxury - it was considered a sin. The reign of Kings and Queens in Europe was/is never bad. It was only the fascist regime during World Wars 1 and 2 that the Triple Entente and Axis Powers tried to overthrow kingdoms all over Europe in an attempt to introduce false democracy. Clearly, the rule of Anti-Christ had been imposed in dictatorial governments established in Italy and Germany with millions of Jews exterminated brutally. Violence and destruction was brought forth upon Europe by dictators who failed to keep up their promises. St. John's Revelation states that there will be an apocalypse and one (signifying Herod Antipas 'father figure') who wants to conquer the world will gain supremacy and will rule with an iron rod. Herod Antipas, the Roman dictator had executed John the Baptist (Josephus) and Jesus.
It is also apparent that the British are considered authoritarian in Modern India while the truth was clearly in their favor. They never came to loot India like the Mongols. The age of Kali brought about a phase where brothers fought with each other - examples are numerous, Aurangzeb killing Dara Shikoh, and his successors doing just the same until the British landed on Indian soil to introduce civilization. The age of Kali had just arrived - Lunacy is a condition that appears to stem from the worship or abuse of the moon (i.e., violating its purpose as stated in Gen. 1:16-18). It is characterised by senseless violence, as seen in Mat. 17:15. In India, the worshippers of Kali are particularly violent. Kali is a moon goddess. And, the moon was supposed to have been created with The Big Splat story goes like this: 4.6-billion years ago, a Mars-sized body cannoned into our home planet, ejecting vast quantities of debris into Earth's orbit.
The Hindi/Sanskrit word for Mars is 'Mangal' and very clearly the Sepoy Mutiny broke out in Kalikata, where Kali or Moon Goddess is still worshipped as a deity. Mangal Pandey became a hero during India's First War of Independence in 1857. Some contemporary reports suggested that he was under the influence of drugs—possibly cannabis or opium—and was not fully aware of his actions, indicating a strong presence of lunacy. Kalikata is the only place in the world where Kali is worshipped. It is therefore not surprising that the dwellers in Kalikata were violent against the British, eventually overthrowing them to attain a pitiful condition during modern times.
The age of Kali arrived with the Later Mongols and it is still prevalent in India, with Hinduism being one of the most confusing and corrupt religions that granted unnecessary powers to the corrupt priests, created castes and sects, promoted idol worship, polygamy, polytheism, sati and other social evils that were prevalent in the backward society. The other name for Hinduism is Universal Acceptance/Reality or 'Sanatan Dharma' and the word 'Veda' literally stands for 'never ending and never beginning'. Hinduism still is a dogmatic and fictional religion, without a human founder. Nobody can trace its roots.
If the Hindu way of astrology follows the 'lunar' or 'moon' sign - do we really need lunatics to believe we need the moon big time in our solar system at all?
I refuse to follow the Hindu way of astrology or 'Vedic Astrology' that introduced Saka Era in 78 AD. It is for Lunatics. The Rashi or Lunar Signs are for the lame. Long before the Aryans established Hindusthan, the sun signs had already come into picture - I would prefer to follow sun signs, than the Vedic, lunar calendar which is based on the moon's rotation around the Earth.
